SOUND FAMILIAR?

WHY MOST STORE MARKETING STALLS.

Clicks that don’t become orders

Traffic rises, but product pages, load speed and checkout friction quietly eat the sale.

Ad costs outrun margin

Reporting on reach and clicks hides whether each order is actually profitable after ad spend, shipping and returns.

Customers buy once

Without follow-up flows, every repeat purchase has to be paid for again with new ad spend.

We run campaigns measured on revenue and margin and build the flows that bring buyers back, so growth comes from profit per order, not just more traffic.

ADVERTISING & MARKETING RULES

SELLING ONLINE IN THE US: THE RULES WE BUILD AROUND.

Platform policies and consumer-protection rules apply to every store, and they decide whether ads stay live.

Meta: Commerce Policies

Products promoted in catalogs and ads have to comply with Meta’s Commerce Policies, and some categories are restricted or prohibited. Catalog price and availability need to match what shoppers see on your site.

Google Merchant Center and Shopping ads

Product data has to match your landing page for price, availability and condition, and mismatches are a common reason products are disapproved. We keep the feed clean and flag restricted items before they cause a suspension.

Pricing and discount claims

The FTC expects “sale” and reference-price claims to reflect real prices, and “Made in USA” claims have to meet its standard. We only use pricing and origin claims you can support.

Reviews and endorsements

The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials prohibits fake reviews, and endorsements need a clear disclosure of any material connection. We do not write or buy reviews.

Email and SMS rules

Marketing email has to follow CAN-SPAM, including a working unsubscribe and a physical address, and marketing texts under the TCPA need the shopper’s prior written consent. Flows are built with opt-in and opt-out handled from day one.

Privacy and tracking

State privacy laws such as California’s CCPA and CPRA give shoppers rights over data used for advertising, and some regions require consent for tracking. We set up tracking to follow your site’s consent settings.

This is general information about advertising rules, not legal advice. Platform policies and regulations change, and your business remains responsible for its own product claims and compliance. We build to the requirements you and your advisers give us.

FAQ

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

What does an ecommerce marketing agency do?
It plans and runs the marketing that brings shoppers to an online store and turns them into customers: paid advertising, SEO, store and landing pages, social media, content and email and SMS automation. CX Digital runs these as one system and reports on revenue, return on ad spend and repeat purchases.
Which store platforms do you work with?
We build and run marketing for stores on Shopify and WooCommerce. If you are on another platform, tell us on the call and we will say plainly whether we can support it.
Can you run Google Shopping and Meta catalog ads?
Yes. Both depend on a clean product feed, so feed quality and approval are part of the work, alongside the campaigns themselves.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. Campaigns run in your own ad accounts and your own store and email platforms, and they stay with you if we part ways.
What ROAS should I expect?
It depends on your margins, shipping, returns and average order value, so we set a target from your numbers rather than quoting an industry average. We do not promise a specific return.
How fast will I see results?
Campaigns start collecting data in the first week. It usually takes a few weeks of testing before spend is moved confidently toward the products and audiences that work.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on scope and is set out in a written proposal. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
