SOUND FAMILIAR?

WHY MOST MARKETING VENDORS DISAPPOINT.

Slow follow-up

Most online inquiries go quiet because nobody replied in the first few minutes.

Wasted ad spend

Campaigns that aren’t tracked to policies written keep spending on what doesn’t convert.

Compliance risk

Forms and follow-up without clear consent wording put your agency at risk.

We run the campaigns for your agency, in your own accounts, so every prospect is fresh, consented, and yours, and interested prospects book themselves straight onto your agents’ calendars.

US ADVERTISING RULES

ADVERTISING INSURANCE IN THE US: THE RULES WE BUILD AROUND.

Insurance is now a restricted category on Meta, and it is regulated state by state. Both shape how campaigns are built.

Meta: Financial products and services category

Since January 2025, insurance ads shown to US audiences have to be declared under Meta’s special ad category for financial products and services. Targeting by age, gender or ZIP code is not available and location targeting has to cover a radius of at least 15 miles, so qualifying is done with the creative and the form, not the audience settings.

Google Ads policies

Google applies its own policies to financial and health-related advertising, and some insurance categories need extra steps before ads can run. We check which apply to your products before launch.

State licensing

Insurance agents are licensed state by state. Campaigns, forms and booking pages are limited to the states where you tell us you are licensed, so a prospect is only routed to an agent who can write in their state.

State and carrier advertising rules

State insurance departments set rules against deceptive insurance advertising, and carriers commonly have their own rules for adverts that use their name or logo. You tell us what your carriers and states require, and we build to it.

Text message consent

Forms capture consent before any text follow-up, opt-outs are honored and consent records are kept in your CRM. Budgets and results are reported in USD.

This is general information about advertising rules, not legal advice. Platform policies and regulations change, and your business remains responsible for its own licensing and compliance. We build to the requirements you and your compliance contact give us.

FAQ

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

What does digital marketing for insurance agents include?
Paid advertising, SEO, a website and landing pages, social media, content and CRM follow-up, built around the product lines you sell and the states where you are licensed. CX Digital runs these as one system in your own accounts and reports on quote requests, appointments and cost.
Who owns the prospects and data?
You do. Campaigns run in your own ad accounts and every inquiry goes into your CRM. We never sell or share prospect data.
Which insurance lines do you cover?
Life, health, and P&C are the most common. Tell us your products on the call and we’ll confirm fit.
Can insurance be advertised on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Insurance ads to US audiences run under Meta’s special ad category for financial products and services, which removes targeting by age, gender and ZIP code. We build campaigns that work within those limits.
Can booking follow our licensing rules?
Yes. Booking pages and routing are set up around the states and licensing you give us, so prospects only book with agents who can write in their state.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on product lines, states, and scope, and is set out in a written proposal before anything starts. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing terms.
How do you handle consent for text follow-up?
Prospects give consent on the form before any text follow-up, opt-outs are honored, and consent records are kept for every inquiry in your CRM.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
